Step by step: the structure of our trainee program

As part of your trainee program, you can expect 18 exciting and varied months in Germany and abroad. Here you can see an exemplary structure.

Your development
Your journey is smoother when you are supported every step of the way.

We want you to feel comfortable with us right from the start and realize your full potential. That is why we are here to support you throughout your program. A comprehensive onboarding ensures a good start. In addition, you will be assigned a mentor at management level who will guide you in your personal and professional development. Furthermore, you will receive regular feedback on your current assignments and projects from your department and from your mentor in the Early Careers team.

Growing together is just as important to us as your individual development – a variety of projects and initiatives provide plenty of opportunities to do just that. These range from training sessions and events to presentations of business cases to our Executive Board.
