As part of your trainee program, you can expect 18 exciting and varied months in Germany and abroad. Here you can see an exemplary structure.
We want you to feel comfortable with us right from the start and realize your full potential. That is why we are here to support you throughout your program. A comprehensive onboarding ensures a good start. In addition, you will be assigned a mentor at management level who will guide you in your personal and professional development. Furthermore, you will receive regular feedback on your current assignments and projects from your department and from your mentor in the Early Careers team.
Growing together is just as important to us as your individual development – a variety of projects and initiatives provide plenty of opportunities to do just that. These range from training sessions and events to presentations of business cases to our Executive Board.
We are excited to connect with candidates who are not only knowledgeable but also passionate and eager to learn. Here are the key qualifications we seek in our trainees:
A university degree in relevant business areas, ideally with a specialization in these fields
At least 6 months of relevant practical experience (internships/student traineeships)
Intercultural skills, gained through at least 6 months of experience abroad through internships or a semester abroad, as well as excellent German and/or English skills
An analytical mind, communicative manner, and strong persuasive abilities
A willingness to take part in global assignments
Team spirit to facilitate open, respectful, and trusting cooperation
